Privacy Policy
SooDir keeps customer files only as long as needed to print them, and never shows customers’ phone numbers to businesses.
What we collect
For businesses and their staff: account details, business registration details, settings, plans and payments, and messages sent in SooDir. For a customer order: the phone number, the print choices, the order’s progress, and the file. We turn the phone number into a code that cannot be turned back into the number, different for each business, and do not keep the number itself.
Why we use it
To run the print service: show the price, send the order to the business you chose, and show you its progress. We also use it to tell a business whether you have ordered from it before (without showing your number), to protect SooDir from misuse, to meet the law, and to improve SooDir using combined figures that do not identify anyone. We do not sell files or personal information.
Files and how long we keep them
Customer files and staff print files are stored privately and used only for printing. They are deleted automatically soon after the order or print job is finished, and never kept longer than 24 hours. Business certificates are kept privately for checking the business. Account and business records are kept for running accounts, reports, preventing fraud, and the law. Do not send documents you do not have the right to print.
Who we share it with
Only the business you send an order to, the companies that host and protect SooDir, or authorities when the law requires it. Our hosting companies may store data outside Somalia; when they do, we use suitable protections.
Website statistics
We count page visits and measure page speed with Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. They do not use cookies and do not identify you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or ask how SooDir uses it, by emailing us. A business owner can change the business settings or cancel from the dashboard. We may need to check who you are before acting on a request.
Security and changes
We use access controls, private storage, and automatic file deletion to protect information, but no online service can be 100% secure. If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top.
