These terms explain what SooDir, businesses, their staff, and customers are each responsible for.
Using SooDir
Businesses and their staff must give true account and business details and keep their sign-in details safe. Each business is responsible for the services, prices, printers, and staff it offers through its own QR code. Customers must only send files they are allowed to print, and should check the price before sending an order. Customer files are deleted automatically, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Orders and printing
SooDir sends each customer order to the business the customer chose and shows the customer its progress. The business decides whether to print, complete, or reject an order, and may correct an order’s print choices before printing. SooDir does not promise print quality, or that a printer or computer will always work.
Staff printing
Business staff can print their own files through SooDir. Each person sees only their own print jobs. The business owner sees who printed, how much, and on which printer, but never the files. Staff files are deleted automatically.
Free trial and plans
New businesses usually start with a free trial. The current plans and prices are shown on the SooDir website. While online payment is not available, the SooDir team approves each payment by hand. When a trial or paid plan ends, the business can still see its past records but cannot take new orders until its plan is renewed. We may change plans or prices in the future, and will tell businesses first in the dashboard or by email.
Fair use
Do not send illegal, harmful, or fraudulent files, files copied without permission, or other people’s private documents. Do not try to get around SooDir’s security or disrupt the service. DEEQLAY may pause or remove an account that breaks these terms or puts others at serious risk.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep SooDir running, including on slow connections, but internet problems, printer faults, and outages at our service providers can happen. As far as the law allows, SooDir is provided as it is, and DEEQLAY is not responsible for indirect losses. This does not remove any rights you have under the law.
Ending the service and the law
A business can cancel from its account page. DEEQLAY may keep some records when needed for security, reports, or the law. These terms are governed by the laws of Somalia.
